"I felt like a million bucks today. Really sharp and felt mentally elevated and dramatically less emotion.
One thing I really notice is that I feel better about listening to my body… like is has a stronger voice today. For example, I went for some caffeine today at my usual time, around 10 am and my body told me “we don’t need that right now, we just need to breath better and we need more water.” And also, I’m more aware of the things I like and the things/actions I don’t like… it’s like my body has its own microphone and sound system to my logic brain.
