Shipping & Returns
We are currently only shipping to all states in the U.S. of America.
For orders placed on regular business days, in-stock merchandise ships within the next 36 hours.
For orders placed on holidays, Saturdays and Sundays, in-stock merchandise ships the next available business day.
National: A flat rate of US$ 8.50 will be charged to all orders placed within the United States of America, which also includes a handling fee.
International: A flat rate of US$ 35.00 will be charged to all orders placed outside of the United States of America, which also includes a handling fee.
Standard Delivery orders are shipped via USPS.
National USPS delivery time: 2-7 business days.
International USPS delivery time: 6-20 business days.
Please note that USPS does not guarantee delivery dates and times. We don't refund shipping costs if a USPS package does not arrive in the estimated delivery window.
Return & Exchange Policy
Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, please Contact Us and we will be glad to arrange a return or exchange for you.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for an exchange, credit or refund (excluding shipping and processing fees).
Offline Return Process
Please enclose a copy of your invoice or Packing Slip with your return, if possible. If not available then include your name, address, phone number and order number.

Carefully repackage the merchandise. Items must be returned prepaid, in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns sent C.O.D., and original shipping & processing charges are not refundable. Return the package to us via UPS or insured parcel post. Please note you are responsible for the safe return of the merchandise.
